More M3 Attempts

Both Zbigniew and Mehar were able to achieve M3 in 121 discussions. Two elements of feedback emerged from their work.

1. It is important to recognise that learning styles knowledge not only helps in being able to capitalise on one's learning strengths but also to be able to identify and address weaknesses. A point easily missed!
2. It is useful to research & rehearse for the 121 as over-reliance on notes can give the impression that one is not secure in one's knowledge.
