We examined definitions of the term "attribute" and associated words; discussed the persisent nature of attitudes and the role of nature and nurture in developing our qualities. We questioned the distinction between hard and soft skills and whether our formal education tends to focus on one rather than the other.
We also considered the importance of "organisational fit".
Lastly we researched work areas of interest to us and identified -

- Specific attributes and
- Attitudes
relevant to our employment in our chosen sector.
